Submission Guidelines

All submitted articles and position papers will go through a peer review process. The length of submitted articles varies according to the three types of position papers:

Submissions must not substantially duplicate work that was published elsewhere, or work that any of the authors has submitted in parallel to any other conference.

Accepted papers will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes of the Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering (LNICST) series.

The deadline for submission is 10 September 2010. You will be able to keep updating your submitted paper until then.

Submission should be in PDF format and have to comply with Springer LNICST format. Please submit your paper through the EasyChair system at https://www.easychair.org/account/signin.cgi?conf=digibiz2011. Authors need to have an account in the system or obtain one prior to submission.
