Abstract
The evolution of the organizations' behaviours and business architectures from their natural to digital forms and the increasing impact the information and communication technologies (ICTs) on every facet of socio-economic activities are creating new possibilities for business and commerce. Support of this evolution requires convergent, adaptive and interoperable environments that can sustain and support the evolution of social processes, business needs and market trends. In order to study the emerging business models capable of sustaining innovative infrastructures and propose novel business solutions we need a multidisciplinary approach.
